Mail the right portion of the ticket and your check, made payable to GFWC Virginia, to: GFWC Virginia Headquarters,  P.O. Box  8750, Richmond, VA  23226.

Retain the left portion for your records.

An acknowledgement of receipt of your purchase will be sent to you via email or by phone.
